POLK COUNTY, Fla. \- Last month, a quartet of females sauntered into a Winter Haven liquor store. While one distracted the clerk with her charming conversation, the other three decided to celebrate the upcoming birthday of one of their own with a little “spirited” shopping spree – emphasis on the “spirited.” They made off with about $100 worth of booze, presumably enough to get any party started.
