Two teenagers have been charged after a crime spree saw three houses in rural parts of Kent targeted by vehicle thieves. Officers investigating a series of burglaries have charged Patrick Harty, 18, of Kettering in Northamptonshire and a 16-year-old boy – who cannot be named for legal reasons – with conspiracy to burgle.
