Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s son has signed his first professional contract with his father’s former side AC Milan. The 17-year-old Maximilian Ibrahimovic will play for the Serie A club’s Under-23 team in the third tier, a Milan spokesperson confirmed on Friday. The striker first moved to Milan’s youth ranks in 2022. His father played for Milan from 2010 to 2012 and from 2020 to 2023. The 42-year-old ex-Sweden forward ended his career last year and has since worked as a consultant for the Rossoneri and owner RedBird Capital Partners.
