Japanese retail giant Seven & i Holdings Co. said Monday it will review a proposal by Canadian convenience store giant Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. to acquire all of its outstanding shares. The company’s board of directors will “conduct a prompt, careful and comprehensive review of the proposal,” it said.
