Hanover managing director and majority share owner Martin Kind has said he no longer believes that the German Football League (DFL) will complete the signing of a strategic partner and that this will harm German football in the longer run. Kind told broadcasters NDR on Sunday night that “they will all jump ship,” with only one candidate, CVC Capital, left amid ongoing fan protests after last week’s withdrawal of Blackstone.
