Bhubaneshwar (Odisha) [India], April 19 (ANI): The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a severe heat wave alert for Odisha as Bhubaneshwar recorded the season’s highest temperature at 43.6 degrees Celsius on Friday.
