Three Pro-Karate Academy students were crowned champions at the England Karate Federation National Championships. Nada Wegrzyn, Talia Nardelli and Annabel Changer all took gold for the club that runs classes in Bishop’s Stortford, Sawbridgeworth and Saffron Walden.
