Green Bay Packers rookie linebacker Ralen Goforth took a shot from Denver quarterback Jarrett Stidham near the goal line on Sunday evening. And he was immediately shaken up after Stidham scored on the touchdown run. Goforth immediately left the field with trainers and is currently being evaluated for a concussion, according to the Green Bay Twitter page.
