Seven people, including five teenagers, have died in a three-vehicle crash in northern France, local authorities said late on Tuesday. A vehicle travelling on a departmental road collided head-on at around 6:20 pm (1620 GMT) with two vehicles coming from the opposite direction before catching fire, the prefecture of the Eure-et-Loir department said in a statement. The prefecture said that five of the victims were aged 17 to 19, while the other two were aged 80 and 85. Two people were also hurt in the crash, one seriously, and taken to a nearby hospital.
