An investigation has been launched into the actions of the police officers who were involved in a fatal M25 crash. Motorcyclist Andrina Everett died after being involved in an accident with a car that was being chased by the force over the Dartford Crossing. Officers were pursuing a Range Rover when the crash happened at around 11.40pm on Sunday (April 14).
