Four people were injured — including a high school student — when a van cut off a mini school bus while turning onto Route 70 in Manchester on Thursday morning, authorities said. The crash took place at 6:40 a.m. when a commercial van turning left from southbound Route 571 onto Route 70 east struck the northbound bus, Manchester police said.
