A 77-year-old woman has filed a lawsuit against a Meineke automotive repair shop in Union County claiming an employee backed over her with another customer’s vehicle as she waited in the parking lot to pick up her car. Larisa Gritsay, of Springfield, states in court papers the employee was attempting to back a four-door sedan into a mechanic’s bay, but struck her instead, knocking her to the ground and causing serious injuries.
