The facility was struck by a presumably Ukrainian drone on Aug. 18. The fire has since spread to at least ten fuel tanks. Journalists noted that, judging by the photos (taken on Aug. 19, at 2:23 p.m. local time), the fire continues to spread across the facility, engulfing more fuel tanks.
