Catherine, Princess of Wales has reportedly been hit by a medical records security breach. Bosses at The London Clinic were said on Tuesday (19.03.24) night to have launched a probe into hospital staff allegedly attempting to view the 42-year-old royal’s private documents while she was a patient at the facility in January for the abdominal surgery from which she is still recovering.
