A High Wych man described his experience on an adult learning course as “eye-opening” after receiving an award. Cornelius Keating won the Lifelong Learning award as ACL Essex celebrated its learners, staff and apprentices at a ceremony at Central Baptist Church, Chelmsford, on Wednesday July 3.
