A landlady has closed her struggling pub after running out of money to pay the bills and becoming ill from the stress of trying to keep it afloat. Sarah Gamble says it was impossible to turn a profit at the Shepherd Neame-owned Master Brewer in Folkestone, describing her time there as a “financial disaster”.
