A group of friends are set to walk the length of Hadrian’s Wall to fund a cuddle bed for a hospice. Long-time friends Nicola Payne, who works as a nurse at the hospice and is a trustee of Beaumond House, Sharon ‘motherchuckin’ Hovey, Adam Stephenson and Anthony ‘Pipesy’ Pipes will begin the six-day challenge on Sunday (September 22) after travelling up to Carlisle tomorrow (Saturday, September 21).
