Since their 4-2 win over Newcastle on January 1, Liverpool have won two cup games against Arsenal and Fulham before enjoying a winter break. And the break came at an opportune time for Jurgen Klopp’s side, with the Reds missing a host of star names. Bournemouth, meanwhile, come into the game on the back of a defeat by Tottenham in the Premier League, although the Cherries did knock Queens Park Rangers out of the FA Cup last time out. …
