Uninsured and speeding drivers are among the latest cases at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court. Uninsured Honda driver Jalal Asfour, 33, of Cross Street, Newark, was fined £369 at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court. Asfour pled guilty to driving without insurance on Strawberry Hall Lane, after changing his plea from not guilty. He also pled guilty to riding in the front seat without a seatbelt.
