Hundreds of homes have been left without power due to a fault with electrical cables. More than 260 residents in Loose and Coxheath in Maidstone have been affected by the issue. UK Power Networks sent out an alert just after 11.10am to those living in the ME15 0 and ME17 4 postcode areas. The text read: “We are aware of an unexpected power cut.
