Thousands gathered across Kent towns to celebrate a major Islamic holiday on Sunday. Muslims dressed in their best attire for Eid ul-Adha prayers at Shah Jalal and Gravesend Central Mosques. Though festivities planned for Riverside Front Park were foiled by rain, the Gravesend and Dartford Muslim Association saw an impressive turnout.
