A MAN has been charged with fraudulently attempting to evade a prohibition on the importation of firearms in Hungerford. Byron Griffin appeared at Reading Magistrates Court on Tuesday, April 9. The 60-year-old, of Fair Close in Newtown Road, Newbury, spoke only to confirm his name, address and date of birth.
