The body of Clapham alkali attack suspect Abdul Ezedi has been found in the water at Tower Pier on the River Thames in central London on Monday, Scotland Yard said. The 35-year-old convicted sex offender was suspected to have thrown a corrosive substance over a mother and her two children.
