A High Court sitting in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, has sentenced Ayegbusi Ojo to life imprisonment over the rape of a minor. Justice J.O. Adeyeye on Wednesday convicted and sentenced Ojo on a lone count offence of rape of a 15-year-old girl. The victim was coming from school when she was accosted by the convict, who lured her into his room and had carnal knowledge of her. The girl could not tell anybody of her ordeal but her father found out when the girl collapsed at home, bleeding from her private part.
