A brown bear attacked and severely injured a mushroom picker in Slovakia on Saturday morning, according to the rescue service. The 66-year-old man was reportedly airlifted to hospital. He suffered injuries mainly to his hands and legs but is conscious and out of danger, the rescue service said.
