A man accused of driving drunk and fleeing the scene after fatally striking a bicyclist has been indicted by a grand jury. Shawn P. Duffy, 39, from Egg Harbor Township, was indicted on Tuesday on the second-degree charges of vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle crash, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release.
