Morgan Wallen has broken his silence — the star just released his first statement since his April 7 arrest in downtown Nashville. In a post to social media on Friday evening (April 19), Wallen tells fans that it took him so long to say something publicly because he had to make “amends with some folks.” He adds that he’s not proud of his behavior. Wallen was arrested on three felony charges after an incident at the newly opened Chief’s — Eric Church’s bar and honky-tonk — as the 2024 CMT Awards were ending in Austin, Texas.
