SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. – The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting at North Jetty Park at 1000 S Casey Key Road, Nokomis. One victim was located at the park and was later pronounced deceased on the scene. This is an active investigation and scene. Access to North Jetty Park is restricted, and the public is requested to remain out of the area.
