By Niamh Kirk Caramac fans have eagerly spotted a Cadbury version of their much-loved Nestlé Caramac bar that was axed. Nestlé devastated fans when they discontinued the popular caramel chocolate in November 2023, but now people think they have found the next best thing, and it’s available in huge bars. The “twist” on the fan favourite is made by Cadbury, called “Cadbury Caramilk” and it’s relatively similar to the Nestlé version or Caramac as one Tesco shopper pointed out.
