Police investigating a report of a dog out of control in Bishop’s Stortford town centre have released an image of a man they want to speak to. The incident happened in Devoils Lane on Saturday 23 March at around 3.30pm. It was reported that a man and his dog, described as a German shepherd-type breed, were sitting outside Café Mocha when the dog bit a passer-by, who was treated at the scene by police for his injuries.
