Earlier on Sunday, Judge Aileen Cannon issued a ruling in which she stated she was “disappointed” in the conduct of Special Counsel Jack Smith, who brought the case against Trump. The filing itself is an order directing the public docketing of “outstanding undocketed pre-trial motions.” Legal experts were quick to pounce on the new attack line.
