A fire broke out in an oil storage facility in the western Russian region of Bryansk following a Ukrainian drone attack, a local official said on Friday. Although the Russian air defence intercepted the projectile on its approach, the loaded explosives fell on the oil facility in the city of Klintsy, Alexander Bogomas, the governor of Bryansk, said on Telegram on Friday morning.
