Iran confirmed the deaths of several Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) supporters in the airstrikes in Damascus, Iranian state radio reported on Saturday. The broadcaster’s Arabic section reported that two high-ranking advisers were among the dead. State television blamed Israel for the attack.
