A new mayor and deputy have been appointed for March. Cllr Gary Christy is the new mayor for the town, with Cllr Andrew Woollard his deputy. They were officially appointed during a ceremony at the Town Hall. Fellow councillors and cadets also came to the mayor making ceremony to show their support.
