Patna (Bihar) [India], August 19 (ANI): On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Union Minister Chirag Paswan on Monday urged the youth to take the resolution to ensure the safety of every woman in the country so that heinous crimes against them do not take place. Paswan also condemned the regressive mentality that leads to crime against women like the 2012 Delhi gangrape case and more recently in West Bengal where on August 9, a postgraduate trainee doctor was allegedly raped and murdered at the R G Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata.
