A 41-year-old man has been jailed after pleading guilty to a string of offences. Amos Price, of no fixed address, broke into a bar in St Andrew’s Street, Cambridge, overnight on 19 September and made off with alcohol worth hundreds of pounds. He then broke into a pub in Castle Street on 24 November and stole £30 from the coat pocket of a member of staff. This year, on 3 February, Price took a charity box and two cans of beer from the Co-Op in Mill Road and the following day took a scarf and a coat from a vehicle parked in Gilbert Road.
