A man who rioted at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, alongside his Confederate flag-waving father has asked a D.C. federal judge to reduce his sentence and release him, according to a new report. Hunter Seefried, 34, and his father Kevin, 53 were both convicted in 2022. Hunter was given two years in prison while his father was given six.
