By Zach Barnett A quarterback on Bronco Mendenhall’s first college football team will be the offensive coordinator on his first New Mexico team. Bronco is expected to hire Jason Beck as his offensive coordinator at UNM, sources told FootballScoop on Tuesday. ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg first reported the hire.
