So the Planning Committee at Newark Town Council are not in favour of the proposed improvements of the A46 Newark Bypass. Some things come to mind for those who voted against the improvements. Do they accept there is unacceptable congestion? Do they have a master plan to resolve the matter? Do they accept a highly important part of benefiting the town or any town is good transport links?
