A police stop following “suspicious” driving led to a man being arrested for immigration offences. Downham officers seized a car yesterday after spotting it being driven without a valid licence. They were on patrol in Wereham during the evening and saw the vehicle, a Mercedes, being driven suspiciously. When they stopped and spoke to the driver, he could only produce what police believe to be a fake licence.
