Operatives of the Rivers State Police Command have arrested a 27-year-old man, Meshark Monday, who allegedly specializes in car theft. Monday was apprehended by Crack Operatives of the Olu Obasanjo Division along the Olu Obasanjo Road, after the police noticed some suspicious moves, as he attempted to evade them near the G.R.A junction.
