A 29-year-old drug driver who was already serving a ban has had her sentence extended. Chloe Roberts appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court last Thursday where she was sentenced for the offence. She previously pleaded guilty to driving above the specified drug limit. The offence took place on October 19, 2023, on Whitecross Road in Swaffham. A drug test revealed that Roberts had 134mcg of benzoylecgonine, a cocaine breakdown, in her system. The legal limit to drive is 50mcg.
