One of the top four-star linebackers on Oregon’s board was in Eugene this past weekend. After a slight delay getting back home we were finally able to catch up with IMG Academy (Fla.) linebacker Gavin Nix. The 5-foot-11, 225-pounder is the No. 152 ranked recruit in the On3 Industry Rankings. He is the No. 17 ranked linebacker nationally. Right now Nix is looking hardest at his three official visits, Oregon, Miami and Florida State. However Notre Dame, Ohio State and Stanford are also in the mix.
