The French judiciary is investigating a member of the clergy in the north-eastern region of Alsace who is alleged to have taken photos under women’s skirts. The pastor has been temporarily suspended, according to the Union of Protestant Churches in Alsace and Lorraine (UEPAL). The newspaper Les Dernières Nouvelles d’Alsace reported that the pastor was caught by staff at a large supermarket in the city of Colmar photographing the underwear of female customers.
