A WOMAN who racially abused another female has been ordered to pay her compensation. Leah Foster appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, June 26. The 22-year-old, of Mill Lane, Newbury, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Rehana Khan, thereby causing her harassment, alarm or distress in Newbury on September 27 last year.
