Cole Palmer has summed up Chelsea’s 1-0 defeat to Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-finals yesterday perfectly on Instagram. Chelsea were beaten by a Bernardo Silva goal at Wembley, but it could have been a completely different game on another afternoon. Mauricio Pochettino‘s men had plenty of opportunities to win the match, with Nicolas Jackson missing a handful of them. In the end, they were simply not clinical enough and were made to pay.
