Offensive lineman Cade Borud is going to be a Hawkeye. The 6-foot-2, 305-pound North Dakota transfer announced today that he is heading to the University of Iowa after a visit to campus this weekend. “After a great visit today, I have committed to play football at the University of Iowa,” Borud posted. An Iowa native, Borud graduated from Southeast Polk High School and earned second-team freshman All-American honors after starting 12 games at center for North Dakota last season.
