Diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) policies have been branded a “waste of money” according to a new report commissioned by Kemi Badenoch. The report urges bosses to take into account disadvantages faced by the white working classes when modelling DEI schemes, warning against over-emphasising “visible” quotas.
