A service animal trainer has been arrested after a customer from New Jersey reported paying $20,000 for a dog she never received. Catherine Causey, 52, of Kearneysville, West Virginia, was arrested on Tuesday on charges of theft by deception and money laundering, the Galloway Township Police said in a news release.
