There are long delays on the M25 back onto the the QE2 Bridge due to a van fire. Fire crews were called to the scene between J1A for Dartford and J1B for Stone. A fire service spokesperson said: “Two fire engines attended and crews, wearing breathing apparatus, used high-pressure hose reel jets to extinguish the fire. “There were no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.” The incident has caused long delays in the area due to the closure of one lane.
